The Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) is now able to investigate complaints about marketing messages on websites. Driving instructors who want to complain about online advertising should contact ASA directly on http://asa.org.uk/Regulation-Explained/Online-remit.aspx where they will find an online complaints form. Please don't contact DSA - they have no powers to deal with these complaints.
