Unlicensed strangers, people who may have criminal convictions, those who have never been properly trained as a driver trainer and who don't have the correct motor insurance.
If you suspect someone of illegal instruction, the following information is important to DSA: name (if known) and description of the individual make, model, colour and registration of the vehicle, if the vehicle has any livery, markings, roof box location, dates and times.
