Since the start of the 'new style' tests this month I have heard a few rumblings that the new changes are not as significant as they were supposed to be. Less manoeuvres in favour of independant driving will please most pupils that are confident in their driving, and make the test easier for those who are less confident with reverse parking and the like.
I am reserving my own judgement until I have seen for my self. Although, I have a feeling that each examiner will have their own interpretation of the way that it should be done, and every test will be as different (and inconsistent) as the next. For a while at least.
So, I'll be sitting in the back for my pupils test this morning - seeing for myself.
